Choose the garments that you fall in love with on our website. (That's the most important thing!) If the price of the garments exceeds €50, you can finance your purchase.

Step 2

Choose SOUL on the payment screen. You can choose between 2, 3 and 4 months, at no cost to you.

Step 3

At that moment you will be redirected to the ALMA website. There you enter your phone number and the number of the card you want to pay with.

You already have it, it's instant.

You will receive an email with the payment schedule.

The first payment is made at the time of purchase. The rest of the payments will be made every 30 days from the moment of purchase and payment of the first installment. You do not have to worry about remembering the dates, Alma will notify you 3 days before the payment with all the information.

The charge will be made automatically on the card you have provided.

How do you make returns?

We hope that you do not have to make any returns, but if so, you must inform our customer service team by sending an email to info@monicaecco.es.

We will notify ALMA of your wish and they will send you an email with all the details of the return. If it were a partial refund, ALMA will send you the detail updating the payment schedule.
